I started my yoga journey 15 years ago with a meditation course in the Sivananda Organization of Yoga Vedanta. Gradually, I was exposed to all aspects of Vedic Wisdom and fell in love.

This love brought me to India, where I was lucky enough to meet two Hindu Monks who became my teachers and helped to undergo a deep transformation in my life; I learned to be a fulfilled and happy woman connected to myself.

I have realized that my mission is to help modern tensed adults to transform by getting rid of limiting thinking patterns, stress, anxiety, and unfulfillment and learn to be truly happy, regardless of the circumstances.
