Who are the teachers
Maayan Ben Dov (or Durga)
I’m a Senior Yoga Teacher in Praanaa Kendraa Ashram in Tamil Nadu, originally come from Israel but currently residing in India, because i believe that the keys for healthy and fulfilled life lie in the ancient Wisdom of Yoga and i want to be close to the source.
I’m a yoga Acharya certified by International Sivananda organization, started my yoga journey 15 years ago from Sivananda Ashram in Tel Aviv, from meditation course, and gradually delved deeper and deeper, transforming my life:
- All the toxic ceople and toxic relationships fell out by themselves
- All the addictions and unhealthy habits fell out by themselves
- I became calmer
- I became lighter
- I started to overcome negativity quickly, not getting stuck on it
- I became happier, people started to ask me – what pill do you take.
- I became very brave and able to make decisions for my life to move forward
- Miracles started to occur in my life, as if somebody is guiding me every step
- My connection to intuition became strong, I just knew what I need to do.
And since it happened – the only thing i want – is to share this ancient Wisdom with you and to help you to go through this powerful experience and connect to yourself.

Swami Vishnu Yogeswarananda Saraswati
The founder of Praanaa Kendraa Asharm, Sivananda Yoga Acharya, hindu monk and PR Secretary in The Indian Sanyasee Federation.
Swamiji started his spiritual journey from the age of 22 in Sadguru Organization, traveled around India, met different teachers, visited powerful energy places, learnt about silence and about reality.
His mission is to help you to find your way.
