People often believe that meditation can alleviate anxiety and depression – but this is a huge mistake!

In this situation meditation will not help and may even worsen the symptoms. According to yogic knowledge, our world exists on three energies that are constantly changing: Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. Sattva represents harmonious and pure energy, Rajas represents movement and rushing energy, and Tamas represents heavy and decaying energy. These energies are always in flux.

For example, Rajas can be likened to spring, Sattva to summer, and Tamas to winter. Just as a flower goes through stages of growth (Rajas), flourishing (Sattva), and decay (Tamas), there is a cosmic order to these energies. It is not possible to jump from a state of decay to a state of flourishing without going through the stage of movement (Rajas) first.

Meditation is a Sattvic state, which is not compatible with the Tamasic state of anxiety and depression. We cannot skip over the stage of movement (Rajas). In this situation, it is important to engage in physical activity such as running, sports, yoga, or any other form of exercise. Additionally, activities like cleaning the house or helping others can also be beneficial.

Only after experiencing a change in energy through movement and activity can you then allow your system to calm down and start meditating. This approach will be much more effective in managing anxiety and depression.

Be blessedπŸ™ Om

What you think about yoga is not yoga at all… And today it just flowed to me to explain what it is 😊

So, yoga is not exercise, and its goal is not to develop flexibility or tone the body… In yoga, there are no styles or methods – no Vinyasa, no Ashtanga, no Jnana… There’s no chocolate yoga, no Bikram yoga, and no Acro yoga.

Yoga is about “connection.” Yoga is a discipline. Yoga is a science. It’s a very practical way that teaches you to go from point A to point B.

From point A – a state of mental rigidity within our limiting thinking, to point B – absolute liberation from all thought patterns. And just like any journey, there are many stages to go through between point A and B, and within those stages, there’s a small component called Hatha yoga, which many think is just another style like Ashtanga, but slower. But it’s not.

Hatha yoga is the foundation for all the brands that have developed in the West. β€œHa” is the sun, β€œTha” is the moon. β€œHatha” is the connection between two opposites, between the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere of the brain. Hatha yoga aims to develop mental balance through working with the physical body and breath. The goal is to be able to sit in one posture for hours without moving – and transcend further limiting thought patterns. Hatha yoga helps us to pass a small stage on the way to point B, and most of the stages in yoga are related to mental work…

Because yoga is primarily working with the mind…

To bring us from absolute disconnection from ourselves that we live in the Western society (and think that’s life) to such a connection that there won’t be anything left in between. There will be only 1. We in the West have adopted only a small part of the physical, and we have managed to distort and commercialize even that.

But yoga speaks and teaches that we are more than the physical… There’s a physical body, an energetic body, and a causal body… and there’s also something beyond. Beyond is point B. Yoga shows us the precise path to get there.

So, that was a brief explanation of yoga…

And may be, if you are reading this, the time to start your journey has come. Learn how – from videos, posts and different activities that we offer.

Among all the good things that happen to us during the day, something can always happen that ruins the mood… It doesn’t have to be major disasters – it can be something small…

For example, today I met someone close and shared something important with him, opened my heart, and instead of support, I received a lot of “buts”… and doubts whether I’m doing the right thing, doubts whether I will succeed…

Not that it ruined my day or decided anything, but it wasn’t pleasant… and that unpleasant feeling” ,a kind of annoyance, remained…

And I’m not talking now about the ability to receive constructive criticism, which is not simple in itself. I’m talking about all kinds of interactions that can happen during the day and create unpleasant feelings in the stomach.

And there’s a big problem with that… Because this frustrating feeling and the persistent thoughts that revolve around it – it is no more no less – energy. And according to the laws of nature: energy doesn’t disappear… The feelings seep into the system… and settle there… and then more feelings, and more thoughts… and every day one more… or several…

β€”β€”β€”β€”

People say “time heals”… but that’s not true, my friends… On the contrary, with time, it gets worse, because this energy doesn’t go away. It turns into tightness in the neck, tension in the body, stress, and illness…

This energy accumulates, takes away our smile, and mars our face… It turns into negativity that wakes up with us in the morning, and we get annoyed with those close to us…

And most of us are not even aware of it, we absorb and absorb…

In the past, this was my reality. I tried to escape from this negativity with TV series, shopping for clothes, going out with friends, emotional eating…

I had to go a long way to understand that energy doesn’t disappear, but it can be transformed. And only in this way  released  from the system. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”-

How did I learn? I was blessed and received yoga as a gift. And I’m not talking about yoga as “exercise,” there’s no connection. I’m talking about yoga wisdom in the broad sense – which brings a lot of tools for working with our physical body and mind.

Yoga teaches us to be aware of the processes that happen to us and how to release them. How to turn negative energy into positive. How to turn bodily tension into a pleasant feeling of relaxation. It’s called Pratipaksha Bhavana.

For me, it changed my life. Now I’m in a state where I’ve released a lot from my body and mind, and every morning I wake up and smile, with an authentic smile that comes from the depths of my soul.

Of course, I want to tell you about the tools and techniques and help upgrade your day-to-day – in principle, these are relaxation and guided imagination processes… β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”

But here is a better idea πŸ™‚ and I want to invite you to learn these yogic tools through direct experience under my guidance 😊

I want to invite you to a spiritual tour “in honor of the Days of Atonemen”Unfolding Inner Devi”t… that is going to happen in December 2024

It’s going to be two weeks of a fascinating program and processes from the world of yoga – to help you cleanse the pressures and accumulations that have built up during your life and learn to release…

Check the details

In our Western society, we are very developed and have access to money, comfort, and time. Everything may appear good on the surface, but there are underlying issues. Our society has lost its way and is plagued by stress, depression, addictions  and diseases. These challenges have become our constant companions. Despite our efforts to find happiness, we seem to be drifting further away from it. Perhaps this is because we are looking for it in the wrong places.

In the East, the culture is based on a different perspective and a different search – an inward spiritual search. I know from the personal experience that the keys to a successful life lie somewhere in between these two worlds: the material and the spiritual.Β

And i want to help you to start your journey and discover yourself – not as a physical being, but as a divine. Check different activities that we offer here and start your journey
