Corporate Wellness Workshops
We have carefully designed three yoga programs that can cater to the needs and preferences of your employees.
Each program offers unique benefits and aims to enhance physical and mental well-being:
1. "Restart" Break Session:
This program aims to provide employees with a refreshing break during the working day, allowing them to release stress, open their minds, and increase creativity and productivity.
The sessions can be scheduled for either 45 minutes, 1 hour, or 1.5 hours
The session can include a combination of yoga asanas (on a mat or sitting on a chair), guided meditation, guided imagery, breathing yogic techniques, and inspiring mini workshop about Vastu Shastra, directions and organizing working space.
2. "Stay Plugged In" Weekly Classes
To improve the quality of life for your employees and boost their creativity, this program offers weekly yoga classes before or after the working day.
These classes will cater to beginners and will include yoga on a mat, guided meditation for beginners, guided imagery, breathing yogic techniques and inspiring workshops on Vastu.
The duration of each class can be tailored to your company’s schedule, ranging from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.
3. "RECHARGE" One-Day Wellness Retreat
This program provides employees with an opportunity to rest and recharge their mental space by utilizing powerful and simple yogic techniques that can be practiced anywhere. The retreats will be held at a beautiful ashram near Chennai, offering a calming and inspiring ambiance.
The retreats could be tailored around different subjects such as Chakras, Vastu, Yoga Cooking, Stress Release with guided imagery, and Pranayama.
