Yoga is not only my profession, it’s my way of life, and i’m not talking about yoga as physical exercises.

I started my yoga journey 12 years ago from meditation course in Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Organization, and slowly exposed and practiced other different aspects of yogic wisdom such as Asana, Pranayama, Vastu Shastra, Vedanta, Ayurveda – until I deeply feel in love with what is called “Vedic Wisdom” and found myself in India, going through deep transformation under the guidance of Hindu monks, after which nothing remained the same in my life.

I know that Vedic culture holds the keys to a successful harmonious life through deep ancient knowledge and connection to nature - inside and outside.

Through my yogic journey I learnt how to be happy, fulfilled, to accept the unexpected magic of life and enjoy each and every moment.

I realized that the only important thing I can do now – is to help other women to go through such transformation and to get rid of our limiting thinking patterns, stress, anxiety and unfulfillment which are always on the background – even if we say that everything is alright.

I’ll start with the end, my dear. I woke up this morning and didn’t understand how I was feeling, but I felt a new and different energy. I felt like I needed to stop being who I’m not and who I’m expected to be and what life has written for me. I realized that a large part of my life isn’t really mine.

You’re simply an inspiration to follow your dreams and be true to yourself. I realized that even if I can’t make extreme changes in my life, I’m going to do it in my own steps, and I’ll stop suppressing my inner voice every time I hear it.

In yesterday retreat , the atmosphere was simply magical, something very strong and special. I got this day as a gift from heaven. Thank you so much, you’re amazing. Of course, we’ll be in touch. I’m very curious about everything you’re doing.

Dear Maayan,

I wanted to say thank you once again for being able to change my mindset in such a short time. At first, sitting at home with all the windows open felt strange, but I must mention that since then, my mood has been really good. I cooked on Friday…it’s truly grounding and makes me feel good, and honestly, it’s quite fun…😊

Regarding the bed, I feel a change but I can’t explain it. I feel like suddenly I have a different room.

Dear Maayan, I just completed the move and I’m still getting organized and adjusted, but most importantly, I’m grateful to myself for making the decision to move to the new house and for the yoga consultation we had.

It has helped me so much and accompanies every decision I make at home. I always open the energy map and, thanks to the way we positioned the bed, which differs from the original architectural plan, I can easily fall asleep and wake up naturally without pills, I feel that many deep emotional burdens are being released, and my personal development is strengthening and growing.
